The Comparison of Ringlock Scaffolding Construction and Conventional Scaffolding Construction
Scaffolding is an important construction tool. Since the 1960s, due to the advantages of simple processing, convenient handling, strong universality, tubular scaffolding has been commonly widely used in China, accounting for the vast majority of the total use of scaffolding. While entering into the 21st century, the shortage of tubular scaffolding has been revealed: poor safety assurance, low construction work efficiency, and the highest build height are only 33 meters, which cannot satisfy high-rise building construction requirements. Now, the tubular scaffolding has already been gradually eliminated by the market.

The Classification Method of Ringlock Scaffolding and Cuplock Scaffolding
There are little scaffolding product updates in these years, but for some friends who do not know the scaffolding industry, it is still difficult to distinguish similar scaffold products. Below, we are going to tell you about the classification method of ringlock scaffolding and cuplock scaffolding.

Scissor Support and Transverse Diagonal Support Settings In Floor Type External Scaffolding
Scissor support is an important part of the longitudinal stability of the scaffolding and the strengthening of the longitudinal rigidity. Scissors support must be set with an increase of the shelf’s height in time, and continuously set to the top, no space remained. The bottom of the diagonal should fall on the pad.

Full Hall Scaffolding Erection Rules
1)The full-hall scaffolding shall be provided with continuous vertical scissor support from bottom to top on every 6m to 8m of the outside and inside of the frame body vertically and horizontally. When the height of the frame is below 8m, a continuous horizontal scissor brace shall be set at the top of the frame. When the height of the frame is 8m and above, continuous horizontal scissor supports shall be set at the bottom, top and vertical intervals of the frame not exceeding 8m. Horizontal scissor's support should be set in the intersecting plane of vertical scissors support diagonal rod. The width of the scissor's support shall be 6m ~ 8m.

Scaffolding Components Erection Rules
1)The number of Cross Bridging and straddle poles shall be determined according to the table below. The width of each pair of Cross Bridging should not be less than 4 spans, and should not be less than 6m, the inclination Angle between the Diagonal Brace and the ground should be between 45 to 60 degree. 2)The extension length of the Cross Bridging shall be lap joint or butt joint, the lap joint length shall not be less than 1m, and shall be fixed with not less than 2 rotating fasteners. The distance from the edge of the end coupler cover plate to the end of the rod shall not be less than 100mm.
