Hazards Evaluation Before Erection of Scaffolding System
Working at heights is very common in the construction industry. In many cases, it requires the use of Scaffolding System to complete the work. Each time the Scaffolding System is used, it involves erection and dismantling of Scaffolding System. In order to determine the most effective ways to protect scaffolders from fall hazards while erecting and dismantling Scaffolding System, the fall hazards, the leading cause of fatalities in the construction industry, should be evaluated at the job site by Scaffolding Suppliers.

Five Steps to Take Before Erecting Scaffolding
Scaffolding safety is of prime importance. By definition, these construction tools can either prevent or cause dangerous conditions at the construction site, depending on how well they function, and the way they are used. Working hazards or faulty equipment can have a dramatic impact on productivity and profit. Unsafe conditions not only reduce the enthusiasm of workers on the construction site but can also cause an accident to evolve into a costly lawsuit or workers’ compensation claim. A holistic approach to scaffolding safety on the job site must take into account external threats, visitors, and the surrounding environment. Here are five steps to proactively create a safe construction site before erecting scaffolding.

Five Issues that Can Damage or Destroy Scaffolds
Scaffolding is the technology which enables work at height, upwards of more than one floor for workers, especially in the construction industry. Over the course of industrial development, Scaffolding has enabled the transition of the global landscape, enabling major and minor “work at height” tasks and helping us rise higher. We had already pointed out the fact that Scaffolds are temporary structures. While there are still accidents and fatalities while working at height are well known in the construction industry.

Suggestions on Safe Using of Scaffolding Ladders
Accidents involving Scaffolding Ladders frequently occur within the construction industry. They have accounted for many serious injuries. As the Scaffolding Ladder is regarded as one of the most basic forms of Scaffolding access, when using Scaffolding Ladders, the dangers are always accompanied. Below shows several suggestions on the safe use of Scaffolding Ladders.

How to Utilize the Characteristic of Components to Erect Ringlock Scaffolding?
Irrespective of whether a platform is required on the lowest Spigot it is recommended that the Scaffolding Planks are installed at this level. This ensures that the Scaffolding is square and level prior to erection and it also provides plan stiffness. This is most important, especially when the maximum height of the Scaffolding is above eight lifts. The installation of these Scaffolding Planks ensures that the out of alignment eccentricities are kept to a minimum in order for the Scaffolding to attain the maximum permissible height for each recommended tie pattern.

The Function of Diagonal Bracing when Erecting Ringlock Scaffolding
Braces are generally fitted in one bay from the bottom to the top without any break in between. This bracing pattern is then repeated every fifth bay. Alternatively, the braces can commence in the lowest outside bay. And it can also continue as a straight line until the far outside edge of the Ringlock scaffolding is reached. The bracing then repeats in this manner from the next lift above until the top of the Ringlock Scaffolding is reached. For very long Scaffolding Pipes it is preferable to start opposing bracing at both ends and work towards the middle of the facade.
