Floor Type External Scaffolding
Part One
The Frame Body Base
Floor-type external scaffolding foundation must be laid and rammed. The base plate shall be provided along the length of the external scaffolding on the foundation. Base plate material should use wooden scaffolding plank or box iron and so on. Scaffolding foundation shall be taken organized drainage, surrounded by a drainage ditch.
The Specification of Frame Body Base
1) A horizontal sweeping rod is set at 150mm at the lower part of the standard. The vertical sweeping rod is on the top and the horizontal sweeping rod is on the bottom, both of which are connected with the standard.
2) When scaffolding standard foundation is not at the same height, the longitudinal sweeping rod at the higher position must to the lower extension of two-span and fixed with the scaffolding standard. The height difference shall not be more than 1m, and the distance from the axis of the pole above the slope to the slope shall not be less than 500mm.
Part Two
Member Bar Layout
The working layer of scaffolding construction must be fully covered with scaffolding planks. The distance between the scaffolding and the wall should be no more than 20cm. No voids, probe plates or flying gangplank are allowed.
The outer side of the operating surface shall be provided with a protective railing and a 20cm high toe boards. When the distance between the internal riser and the building is greater than 150mm, it must be closed.
When the clearance distance below the operating surface of the scaffold construction layer exceeds 3.0m, a horizontal safety netting must be installed. When the horizontal network between the inner opening of the double row frame and the outer wall of the structure cannot be protected, scaffolding planks can be laid. The frame must be closed with a mesh safety net along the inside of the frame. The safety net must be securely connected, sealed and secured to the frame.
The Specification of Member Bar
1) The Angle between Yin and Yang of the frame should be provided with 4 vertical poles, and the large horizontal poles should be connected and closed.
2) The connection between the internal and external risers should be perpendicular to the structural edge of the building.
3) In addition to the top of the top must be used for butt joint, a large crossbar in the frame body corner can be lap, scissors support must lap.
4) Cross bridging, the wall-connecting devices should be erected or dismantled synchronously with external scaffolding. It is strictly forbidden to after-erection or before-dismantlement.
