#9 All-round Scaffolding

1) The full-hall scaffolding shall be provided with continuous vertical scissor support from bottom to top on every 6m to 8m of the outside and inside of the frame body vertically and horizontally. When the height of the frame is below 8m, a continuous horizontal scissor brace shall be set at the top of the frame. When the height of the frame is 8m and above, continuous horizontal scissor supports shall be set at the bottom, top and vertical intervals of the frame not exceeding 8m. 2) The scissor support shall be fixed on the horizontal or vertical bar intersecting with the swivel coupler. The distance from the centerline of the swivel coupler to the main node shall not be greater than 150mm.

3) Full hall scaffolding shall be equipped with a ladder, ladder step spacing shall not be greater than 300mm.

#10 Couplers, Rails, Safety Netting

1) The specifications of couplers should be the same as the outer diameter of the steel tube. The opening of the butt fastener should face up or in; The tightening torque of the bolt shall not be less than 40N•m and shall not be greater than 65N•m.

2) The distance between the center points of right-angle fasteners and rotating fasteners used for fixing transverse horizontal bar, longitudinal horizontal bar, scissors brace and transverse diagonal brace at the main node shall not be greater than 150mm.

3) The length of the end of each pole piece extending out the edge of the cover plate of the coupler shall not be less than 100mm.

4) The installation of the handrail and footrest of the working layer and ramp shall comply with the following provisions: the handrail and footrest shall be installed on the inside of the external pole; The height of the upper balustrade epithelium should be 1.2m. The height of the footplate should not be less than 180mm; The center rail shall be centered.

5) Feet and hands should be laid solid, solid, and the use of a safety netting double bottom. Safety net closure shall be applied every 10 meters below the construction floor.

6) Double row scaffolding, cantilevered scaffolding along the outside of the frame should be completely closed with a dense mesh safety netting, dense mesh safety netting should be set in the inside of the scaffolding standard, and should be tied with the frame body firmly.
