The aluminum veneer is made of high-grade aluminum alloy, and is processed by various processing techniques such as cutting, folding, bending, welding, reinforced, grinding, painting, etc. As a main choice for building cladding, aluminum veneer has a broad development space compared with exterior materials such as ceramic tile, glass, aluminum composite panel, honeycomb panel and marble.

1. Component of aluminum veneer

(1) The aluminum veneer is mainly made of 1100 series or 3003 series aluminum alloy plates, which are processed by bending, welding,reinforcing ribs and riveted angles.

(2) Surface coating: PVDF coatings are used for outdoor applicaion, and mill finish or powder coatings are for indoor decoration.

(3) The thickness of the outdoor aluminum veneer is 2.0mm,2.5mm or 3mm;for interior decoration or ceiling,thinner aluminium veneer 1.0mm or 1.5mm are OK.

2. Features of aluminum veneer

(1) Compared with ceramic sheets, glass and other materials, aluminum veneers have light weight, high strength, good rigidity and easy processing.

(2) Because of the PVDF coating, it has excellent weather resistance and UV resistance, long-lasting color and gloss, good corrosion resistance, and can be used under the harsh conditions of -50 °C -80 °C.

(3) Good acid and alkali resistance. PVDF coatings are currently the most excellent coatings for outdoor use.

(4) Excellent processing performance, easy to cut, weld, bend, can be shaped and easy to install on site.

(5) Sound insulation and shock absorption performance are good, and can be punched in any way on the aluminum veneer. Sound-absorbing cotton, rock wool and other sound-absorbing and heat-insulating materials can be added on the back, which has good flame retardancy and no toxic fumes in the event of fire.

(6) The color can be selected to be wide and the color is beautiful.

(7) Easy to clean and maintain, and meet environmental protection requirements.

3. Main application of aluminum veneer

(1) Decoration of exterior walls and cladding.

(2) Interior walls, ceilings, foyers, facades, pillars, grid structures, outdoor sheds, etc.
