1. A timely return to the warehouse

After the use of the scaffolding lock, it should be returned to the warehouse in time. The scaffolding lock for outdoor piling should be kept smooth and be regularly placed. And the moisture-resistant felt should be placed at the top and bottom to prevent the scaffolding locks from wetting and rusting. 

2. Straightening and updating 

The bending deformed scaffolding locks should be straightened, and the scaffolding locks that cannot be repaired should be eliminated in time and replaced with new ones.

3. Anticorrosion treatment

The surface of the fastener should be anticorrosive, such as spraying paint or rustproof oil. Of course, it is best to use galvanized scaffolding locks, which have better anticorrosive properties and less need for treatment. 

4.Timely reclaimed small items 

The small items used on the scaffold should be reclaimed in time, such as scaffolding locks, nuts, gaskets, pins and so on. This kind of small items should be checked when they are out of the warehouse.

5. Strictly prohibiting violent disassembly

A strict system of reward and punishment for the workers needs to be carried out. For the dismantling of the damaged scaffolding locks by violence, we not only need to pay for the compensation but also should fine and warn the workers. The scaffolding lock is also needed to be placed in the designated place after the use. 

6. Special person’s supervision

We should strengthen staff management and control the number of products to prevent inner pilferage. For preventing external theft, we suggest that the scaffolding locks should be placed in the temporary storage room in the main building, and must not be stacked on the wall. And at the same time, special management should be carried out.
