The multi-functional cuplock scaffolding system is a new type of scaffolding developed on the basis of the advanced joint and accessories technology. Multifunction. The cuplock scaffolding can fully meet the different construction requirements. According to specific construction requirements, the cuplock scaffolding can be transformed into single and double row scaffold, material lifting frame, and other functions of construction equipment. Large bearing capacity. The structure is stable and reliable, the bearing capacity is large. (the whole bearing capacity is increased by about 15%, which is more than that of the lock steel pipe scaffold in the same condition).

Safety and reliability. When designing the joint, the spiral force and the self-gravity function of the upper bowl are taken into account, so the joint has reliable self-locking ability. The load acting on the cross rod is passed to the vertical rod through the cuplock, and the lower cuplock has a very strong shear capacity. Even if the cuplock is not pressed, the cross rod joint will not break out or cause an accident.

Easy processing. The main accessory is welded steel pipe, with simple manufacturing process, and moderate cost. The existed cuplock scaffolding can be processed and transformed without processing equipment.

Less maintenance. The cuplock scaffolding accessories eliminates bolt connection. The components are knock resistance. General rust does not affect the assembly and disassembly operation and does not require special maintenance and repair.

Easy management. Accessories are standardized, and the exterior of the accessory is painted, which  is beautiful and generous. Accessories are stacked neatly, which is convenient for on-site material management and meets the requirements of civilized construction.
