The use of steel tubular scaffolding with couplers need meet such requirements
Steel tubular scaffolding with couplers is usually made up of steel tubes, couplers, base plates, scaffolding boards, and safety dense mesh. How to use it in a safe way?
A transverse shall set at major joints by right angle couplers, which shall not be dismantled at will. The two right angle couplers at major joints shall be no more than 150mm. In single line scaffolding system, the extrusion length of transverse tubes close to the wall shall be no more than 500mm.
The Steel tubular scaffolds shall set transverse and longitudinal tubes shall set at the major joints fixed by right angle coupler to the standing tubes which is no more than 200mm higher above base plate. When the standing tubes bottoms are not on the
same horizontal level, extend the upper level standing tubes to lower places about 2 spans and fix to the standing tubes.
The height tolerance shall be no more than 1m. The axial line of standing tubes close to high wall shall be no more than 500mm away from the high wall.
