Standard of class one contracting companies.

Companies of registered capital of 500,000 yuan.

Companies have professional assistant engineers or technicians.

Companies have no less than 50 frame technicians or professional technicians above junior level. And intermediate level and senior level be no less than 50%. The rate of working staffs carry certificate to work shall be 100%.

However for Class two:

Companies of registered capital of 200,000 yuan.

Companies have professional assistant engineers or technicians.

Companies have no less than 20 frame technicians or professional technicians above junior level. And intermediate level and senior level be no less than 30%. The rate of working staffs carry certificate to work shall be 100%.

Contract working range:

Class A enterprises: can contract all kinds of engineering scaffolding erection, and the total single contract volume shall be no more than five times the registered capital.

Class B enterprises: can contract all kinds of engineering scaffolding erection above 20 meters to 60 meters high in total, and the total single contract volume shall be no more than five times the registered capital.
