The Set-up Requirements Of Frame Scaffolding
1. The inner and outer sides of the door frame should be cross-supported, and its dimensions should be matched with the spacing of the door frame and locked with the frame scaffolding.
(1) the setting of the wall parts: if the frame is 45m below the height, it will be less than or equal to 6m. The frame is 45~ 60m, which is less than or equal to 4m (one at each level). The level is less than or equal to 6m and should comply with the specification.
(2) setting requirements for horizontal frame: at the height of 45m, each of the two steps is set up; When the rack is 45~ 60m, the horizontal frame should be set up with each step frame. (when using penholder pad, no horizontal frame is set).
2. The setting of the wall parts shall be in accordance with the specified spacing. The bearing capacity of the wall shall be not less than 10kN, which is near the frame of the frame scaffolding. Scaffolds shall be added to the ends of the scaffold and the two ends of the scaffold.
3. Scissors support setting requirements:
(1) the scaffold is more than 20m and should be set up on the outside of the scaffold every four steps and form a horizontal closed circle.
The scissor brace is set up in sync with the scaffold.
(2) bracing width is 4 ~ 8 m, 45 ° ~ 60 ° Angle with the ground.
(3) the length of the joint length shall be greater than 50cm, and the length shall be fastened with two fasteners.
4. The scaffolding shall be set up with the height of the main body, and the height of the erection shall not exceed two steps above the upper level of the wall (or the free height is less than 4m). The vertical vertical deviation of the scaffolding shall be less than H/600 and 500mm (H for scaffold height). The vertical and horizontal degrees of the first floor door should be strictly controlled, so that the vertical deviation of the portal frame in both directions shall be within 2mm, and the top level deviation shall be within 5mm. When installing the door frame, the upper and lower door frame should be aligned, and the deviation should not be greater than 3mm.
