Generally speaking, the butting couplers of the adjacent standing tubes shall not be on the same level and below come with more requirements of

installing couplers in a safety scaffolding system.

The two adjacent standing tube ends shall not be set in a same lift and the split distance of the two adjacent connectors of every other standing tube

in the same lift shall be no less than 500mm. The distance from the joints center to the main joint points shall be no bigger than 1/3 of the lift. The

allowed erection length shall be no smaller than 1000mm and more than two swivel fixation couplers shall be used; the distance from the edge of the

end coupler coverage to the end of the tubes shall be more than 100mm. For standing installing the standing tubes, an inclined bracing shall be

installed every 7 spans in the scaffolding, which can be dismantled when the tie members are fixed and fastened sturdily.
