According to the results of the special administration of the provincial construction projects from January to May, eight of the projects were named and

shamed because of illegal sub-contraction and default in paying the construction costs and the use of unqualified and cheap scaffoldings.

Since this year, the housing and building office has operated the special supervision on the enforcement of the law and monitoring of the construction

market, the strikes of transferring of the project contract and its illegal sub-contraction and default in paying the project costs. And some of the

construction entities are found to have started the construction before getting the permissions and some others are lack of regular maintenance of the

project material and the some of the materials are not signed with names of relevant material supervisors, or noted with specific date. Or the materials

are procuration endorsed by a third party.
