#5 Footplate

1) The working layer’s footplate shall be paved fully, steadily, and solidly.

2) Stamping steel footplate, wooden footplate, bamboo string piece footplate, etc., shall be arranged on three horizontal rods. When the length of the footplate is less than 2m, two horizontal bars can be used to support, but both ends of the footplate and the horizontal bar should be fixed reliably to prevent tipping, and the length of the probe should be 150mm.

3) The laying of the foot board shall adopt butt tiling or lap laying. When the foot boards are connected and tiled, two horizontal rods shall be set at the joint. The extension length of the footboards shall be 130mm~150mm, and the sum of the extension length of the two footboards shall not be greater than 300mm.

#5 Wall-connecting Device

1) The Wall-connecting Device shall be close to the main node, and the steel connection shall be set. The distance from the main node shall not be greater than 300mm.

2) The Wall-connecting Device should be set up from the first longitudinal horizontal bar at the bottom, and other reliable measures should be adopted to fix it when it is difficult to set up there.

3) Even the wall-connecting device should have priority to use a diamond layout or use a square, rectangular layout.

4) The two ends of the open-mouth scaffold shall be provided with the wall-connecting device. The vertical spacing of the wall-connecting device shall not be greater than the height of the building and shall not be greater than 4m. The connecting rod in the wall-connecting device shall be arranged horizontally. When it cannot be arranged horizontally, it shall be connected diagonally to one end of the scaffold.

5) When the scaffold begins to be installed or the lower part is temporarily unable to be installed with wall connecting parts, the throwing support shall be set at a distance of 6 spans. The throwing support shall adopt a long rod and be fixed on the scaffold with a rotating fastener. The inclination Angle with the ground shall be between 45 ~ 60, and the distance from the center of the connection point to the main node shall not be greater than 300mm. Throwing support should be removed after the wall-connecting device is installed.

6) Double row scaffold must be installed in accordance with the construction schedule, and the height of one installation shall not exceed the two steps above the adjacent wall parts; If it is more than two steps above the adjacent connecting wall, it is impossible to set the connecting wall, such measures as bracing and fixing should be taken to tie the building structure.
