#3 Longitudinal Bar

1) The longitudinal horizontal bar shall be set on the inside of the vertical bar, and the length of a single bar shall not be less than 3 spans.

2) The lengthening of the longitudinal horizontal bar shall be butt-joint or lap joint, and the joints of the two adjacent longitudinal horizontal bars shall not be arranged in the synchronous or the same span. The horizontal staggering distance of two adjacent joints across different spans shall not be less than 500mm; The distance between the center of each joint and the nearest main node shall not be greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance.

3) The lap length of the longitudinal horizontal piece shall not be less than 1m, and three rotating couplers shall be set at equal intervals for fixation. The distance between the end fastener cover edge of the lap joint and the end of the longitudinal horizontal lever of the lap joint shall not be less than 100mm.

4) When using stamping steel footplate, wooden footplate, bamboo string piece footplate, the longitudinal horizontal bar should be used as the support of the transverse horizontal bar, fixed in the vertical bar with a right Angle fastener, both ends of the horizontal bar of the double row scaffold should be fixed in the longitudinal horizontal bar with a right Angle fastener.

#4 Transverse Horizontal Bar

1) The horizontal bar on the operating layer that is not the main node should be equally spaced according to the needs of the supporting footplate, and the maximum spacing should not be greater than 1/2 of the longitudinal spacing;

2) The distance between the wall end of the horizontal bar and the wall finish shall not be greater than 100mm;

3) A horizontal bar must be installed at the main node, which is fastened with a right Angle fastener and is forbidden to be removed.
