Daily maintenance management requirements are as follows:

(3) anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment of steel parts. The outer wall of the steel tube is in the humid area (relative humidity is greater than 75%), and should be painted with anti-rust paint once a year; Other areas can be painted once in two years. The coating should not be too thick when brushing. After a thorough derusting, apply once red Dan. The inner wall of the steel tube can be painted every two to four years according to the local conditions. Angle steel, truss and other iron parts can be brushed once a year. The scaffolding coupler should be coated with oil, the bolt should be rehinged with rust, and the protection layer should be galvanized after 3 to 5 years of protection.

Without galvanizing conditions, the oil should be washed and coated with oil to prevent rust after each use. The wooden parts should be embalmed, and the steel parts should be coated with red Dan and anti-rust paint.

(4) when carrying long steel pipes and long Angle steel, measures should be taken to prevent bending. The dismounting shall be dismounted into a single piece and shall not be thrown at the time of loading and unloading to prevent damage.

(5) the scaffolding coupler, bolt, nut, gasket, connecting rod, bolt and other accessories used in the scaffold are easily lost.When installing the scaffold, the spare parts should be collected and stored in time. When the scaffolding is removed, the small parts should be collected and collected in time.
