The construction erection process.

1  Set the bottom reinforcing tubes- put up the standing tubes one by one and fix them to the bottom reinforcing tubes

2  Put up the small flat tubes in the bottom reinforcing tubes and fix them to the standing tubes and bottom reinforcing tubes- put up the first span of big flat tubes and fix them to each standing tube

3  Install the first span of small flat tubes-install the second span of big flat tubes-install the second span of small flat tubes-add the temporary supporting tubes and be fixed to the second span of the big flat tubes on the top

4  Install the third and fourth big flat tubes and small flat tubes-install the tie members-install the wall tie bars-install the standing tubes-install the bridging ledgers-plank the scaffolding board-tie together the defensive hurdles and toe boards and hang out the safety mesh.

5  Different from the ring lock scaffold for sale, the floor scaffolding shall use 48*3.5 steel tubes which can connect the couplers. And the toe board shall be made of 50 mm thick pin wood plate with a length of 4-6m.
