Technical Requirements Of Using Tubular Scaffolding
1. The tubular scaffold shall meet the following safety requirements while meeting the frame size of the requirements:
(1) the frame structure is stable and the architecture unit has no shortage of basic stable construction rod parts; The overall setting of the diagonal rod, scissors support, even wall pieces or bracing, pull, and lifting pieces; In the channel, hole and other parts that need to be increased in size (height, span) or under superimposed load, reinforcement rods or structures are set up as needed.
(2) the joint node is reliable and the position of the bar intersecting conforms to the nodal structure. The installation and fastening force of the connecting parts meet the requirements.
(3) scaffold pole lap according to design requirements or docking, end fastener cover plate edge and the rod end distance should be not less than 100 mm, lap joint should be used when no fewer than two fixed rotating buckle, when no specification of the lap length should not be less than 50 cm (formwork support frame pole lap length should be not less than 1 m).
2. Base (ground) and pull support structure

3 Safety protection
The safety protection facilities on the scaffold should be able to provide the safety protection effectively, prevent the objects on the rack from falling off and falling, preventing the falling, slipping and object strike of the personnel.
(1) safety containment and warning signs shall be set up in the job site and no irrelevant personnel shall be allowed to enter the construction area; Temporary support or other reliable safety measures for scaffolds that have not yet formed or have lost their stable structure; Seat belt bus or safety net should be set up when the safety belt buckle is not reliable; To set up or lift the material, no throwing.
(2) the foot pads of the scaffold must be covered and tied securely, with no gaps and probes, and the distance between the pads and the walls is not greater than 20cm; The protection facilities of the lateral facade of the operation side shall be determined according to the specific conditions, and may be protected by net, guardrail and springboard.
(3) lateral airport (street) scaffold surface according to the specific conditions using safety set net, bamboo springboard, tarpaulin etc. Completely closed, opening (street) level set up the secure channel, according to specific situation and build protective casing.
(4) the pedestrian and transport corridors that are close to or through the scaffolding must be set up; The height difference of the upper and lower scaffolding shall be made up of stepping and guardrail; The steps of the scaffolding shall be used to prevent sliding when necessary, and the ladder must be set on the handrail.
