Safety standard for cuplock scaffolding

1. The construction load on the operating floor shall conform to the design requirements, and shall not be overloaded, and shall not be placed on the scaffold for materials such as templates and reinforcing bars.

2. The concrete conveying pipe, cloth rod and the cable wind rope of the tower shall not be fixed on the scaffold.

3. Large templates shall not be stacked directly on scaffolds.

4. In case of wind, rain, snow and fog, the scaffolding shall be stopped and the demolition work should be stopped.

5. During the use of cuplock scaffolding, it is strictly forbidden to remove the structural member of the frame without authorization. If necessary, the technical director shall be reported to the technical supervisor for approval, and the remedial measures shall be put into effect.

6. It is strictly forbidden to excavate at the base of the scaffold and adjacent areas.

7. The scaffolding shall be kept safe distance from the overhead transmission line, and the temporary power line erection and grounding lightning protection measures shall be erected on the site.

8. After use, the scaffoldings shall be removed from the surface bond, and the deformation of the rod shall be corrected and the surface shall be used for anti-rust treatment.
