In recent years, with a lot of advantages, the ringlock scaffolding has gradually become a widely recognized product in the market.

Up to now, the ringlock scaffolding has been a good promotion and application in the world.  These products are widely used in the chemical industry, electrical, special industries, construction industry, installation projects, formwork support, mobile scaffolding, entertainment activities, exhibitions and so on.

1. Adjustable base jack

Arrange the adjustable base jack to the fixed point according to the size of the scaffolding configuration drawing.

2. Set the mainframe sleeve part of the standard base jack to the upper part of the adjustable base jack, and mark the bottom edge of the base to be completely placed into the groove of the force plane of the wrench.

3. First stage ledger

Insert the ledger head to the little hole position of the spigot, make the front part of the ledger reached the ringlock standard. Then put the wedge pin through the hole, hammer the wedge pin to make the ledger firmly connected to the ringlock standard.

4. Base collar

Standards without connecting rod are generally called a base collar. Insert the long end of the base collar into the sleeve of the standard base as shown in the figure below.

5. Second stage ledger

Repeat step 3 as shown below.

6. First stage diagonal brace

Install the diagonal brace all clockwise direction or all counterclockwise direction, as shown below.

7. Docking stud

The docking rod is connected by a connecting rod. As shown below, insert the connecting rod into the low stage standard tube.

* Be sure to check whether the spigot alignment hole is in the same direction if you need to use the docking stud wedge pin.

8. Third stage ledger

Repeat step 3 as shown below.

9. Second stage diagonal brace

Repeat step 6 as shown below.

* Install the diagonal brace in the same direction as the first stage.

10. U head adjust base

As shown in the figure below, insert the sleeve tube of U head adjusting base into the standard and adjust with a wrench to the desired height.
