The scaffolding shall be set with longitudinal bottom reinforcing tubes ,which shall be fixed to the standing tubes within a space of no more than 200mm to the upside base plate by right angle couplers. At the same time, the transverse bottom reinforcing tubes shall be fixed to the standing tubes below the longitudinal bottom reinforcing tubes also by the right angle couplers.

Except the scaffolding metal deck at the scaffolding top can use the external extension, the decks

on the rest level shall be connected by the sleeve couplers. And the requirements for this kind of connection are listed as follows:

1.    The butting elements shall be staggered laid out and the two adjacent standing tube shall not be set within one span. The staggered space along the height between two adjacent sleeve joint heads on one standing tube in the same span shall not be smaller than 500mm. And the two sleeve coupler heads shall not be set in one same space.
2.     For the extension length, it is better to be more than 1m, and use more than 2 swivel couplers to complete the connection.
