Then how to prevent the ringlock scaffolding from rusting?

There are two main ways to prevent mobile scaffolding from rusting:

The first one is to galvanize the surface of the mobile scaffold, including the galvanized scaffolding planks. Due to different galvanizing processes, the service life of mobile scaffolding is different, and also with a different cost. Better galvanizing methods are costly, such as hot galvanizing, but can make mobile scaffolding lifespan longer and do not require maintenance. Inferior galvanizing methods are less expensive than the former, such as cold galvanizing. The service life of scaffolding using the cold galvanizing method is similar to that using hot galvanizing. But more maintenance should be taken during cold galvanized scaffolding use.

The second method is to apply anti-rust paint on the surface of the mobile scaffolding. The production cost is relatively lower by using this method. And the surface of the mobile scaffolding needs to be maintained for 1 to 2 years. Mobile scaffolding can also be soaked directly in the paint pool. After appropriate soaking time, take out the mobile scaffolding, then let the painting dry.
