Emergency Measures for Ringlock Scaffolding’s Deformation
Ringlock scaffolding will deform locally as a result of the sub-grade settlement. It is dangerous. As the ringlock scaffolding are interconnected and an integral whole. Locally deformation is likely to cause the collapse of the whole scaffolding system. At this point, we generally take the following measures.
Firstly. Setting up the double plateaus or cross bridging on the cross section of the double rack. Then set up a group at the end of a row of vertical poles, until the discharge of deformation.
Secondly. Deflection of Cantilever beam that scaffolding relies on deformed exceeds the specified value. The anchor point behind cantilever steel beam should be strengthened. The steel bar is also a very important factor. Dealing with it will have extremely important properties. There is a gap between the steel ring and the steel beam embedded in the steel gangplank, so we need the horse wedge for tightness. The outer steel wire rope of hanging steel beam should be inspected one by one. All fastening to ensure uniform stress.
Thirdly. Generally speaking, locally damage to the unloading and drawing system of the ringlock scaffolding will cause the damage degree higher and higher. Moreover, it should be restored immediately according to the unloading and drawing method of the original plan. And the deformed parts and bars should be corrected. At the same time, all the points are tightened inward until the deformation is corrected. The rigid connection should be made. And the steel wire rope at each unloading point should be tightened. So the force will uniform. Finally, releasing the chain.
