How to deal with risks caused by the increasing working load during construction
Why does this happen?
During the pouring and plastering process, if the accumulating load on the formwork platform is surpassing the construction load standard.
the horizontal punching force on the concrete pump will cause the induced load which is another working burden for the whole scaffolding system.
Inappropriate concrete plastering route will increase the counter force effect on another equivalent force. And the deformation and sinking of on some parts of the standing tube supporting ground surface.
How to solve it?
It is forbidden to fix the bump tube onto the selling scaffold couplers and the scaffolding couplers of the supporting system to avoid the breakage of the whole stability because of the vibration from the concrete pump. Make sure all the concrete plastering and pouring will be asymmetric to assure the
uniformly distributed load on the high rise supporting system and take prior consideration of the pouring process from center to surrounding parts. Control the construction load on the lifting surface and leave only working staffs on it. The accumulation staging
height shall be no more than 150mm so as to assure the stable working status of the whole scaffolding system.
