What are the functions of all the ringlock scaffolding elements?
Can you name one or two of the ringlock scaffolding elements. If not, you can take a look at here.
They are the standing tubes with ringlocks, transverse tubes with tube connection joints, slant tubes or diagonals with diagonal Q235 galvanized
ringlock joint, starting tubes and the tripot frames and the wedged pins. Generally speaking, different kinds of the elements play
different roles in the ringlock scaffolding system.
· The standing tubes: always made of Q345 60*3.2, 48*3.25 steel tubes which have been already hot dipped galvanized. And the design can be done
differently according to the tube length such as the ringlock can be welded on the tube every 0.5m with connecting bars on one end.
The transverse tubes: always made of Q235 48*3.25 steel tubes with hot dipped galvanization. The two ends can be welded with transverse tube
spigots according to the real length of the tube.
· The diagonal tubes: always made of Q235 48*3.25 steel tubes with hot dipped galvanization. The two ends can be welded with diagonal tube
spigots according to the real length of the tube.
· The tripod frames: used for the bracing of the extended platform or the whole ringlock scaffolding system.
