If the outside scaffolding is fully set outside the wall surface, the safety scaffolding nets or the paulin made of plastic shall be fully hang outside the scaffolding.

Under the scaffolding board on the working level hang the safety nets or paulin. The first span of scaffolding shall fully set the scaffolding board or paulin and then every four to six levels add another layer of safety nets.

For the building without any scaffolding frames, all the facades of the cantilevered or hang scaffolding kinds for the use of decoration outside shall be fully set with the safety nets or paulins to avoid any falling objects during the construction process. At the same time, set another layer of safety nets every four to six stories and the width of the net at the first floor shall be no smaller than 4 meters.

For the cantilevered scaffolding type, when the scaffolding is risen, the cantilevered frame shall be maintained and other diagonal tubes shall be added.
