Scaffolding set prices vary to different set qualities. However a better quality will give you a better using experience.

All in all, below are the requirements on all the scaffolding materials and elements.

1 The OD of the steel tube shall be 48-51mm and the wall thickness shall be 3-3.5mm. The tube length is better to be 2.1-2.8m or 4-6.5m. If there is any erosion, bending, crack or damage on the tube, do not use any more.

2 All the couplers shall be provided with qualification certificate and it is forbidden to use any that is cracked, deformed or thread slipped.

3 The steel scaffolding is better to use steel plank of 2-3mm thickness and 1.4-3.6 m in the length and 23-25cm in the height. The height of the floor shall be 5cm for the best. Make the two ends with connection devices and drill anti-skip holes on the plank surface. Do not use any products with cracks or contortions.

4 The standing tubes, the longitudinal tubes, the big transverse tubes and the small transverse tubes shall be set their space according to real conditions. And the optimized number for those are 1.5m, 2.0m, 1.5m and 0.45m.
