When installing the Ringlock scaffolding, the precautions are as follows:

 1.When the double row scaffolding is set up with the socket type disc holder, the height should not be greater than 24m.According to the use requirement, the size of the frame geometry can be selected, and 2m can be used for the adjacent horizontal bar step distance. 1.5m or 1.8m should be used for vertical pitch, and it should not be more than 2.1m, and the horizontal distance of vertical rod should be 0.9m or 1.2m.

2.The first layer of scaffolding shall be staggered with different length of vertical bar, and the vertical distance of the wrong opening shall not be less than 500mm

 3.The vertical slant should be installed on the lateral longitudinal side of the strut, and the steel tube scissors should be set at each 5 interspan, and the vertical diagonal should be set at each level of the cross-section.

 4, even the wall is a must adopt rigid bar may withstand the compressive load, even the wall with the scaffold facade and the wall should be kept vertical, the same layer of the wall should be in the same plane, should not be greater than 3 across horizontal spacing, distance from the lateral aspect of the main structure should not be greater than 300 mm.

5. The footplate of the feet of the working layer should be covered with a stop board and protective railings, and a safety net should be hung on the lateral facade of the scaffold.The protective railings should be set at the height of l000mm from the operating level, and the railings should be set at the height of 500mm from the operating floor.
