Frame scaffolding system is one of the most widely used scaffolds in the world. Not only can it be used as an outer scaffold, it can also be used as a scaffold or a scaffold.

The installation of frame scaffolding is generally constructed according to the load and installation requirements listed in the product catalog, and no further checking is required. If the actual usage is different from the regulation, the corresponding reinforcement measures should be adopted or checked.

Usually, the height limit of the portal steel tube scaffold is limited to 45m, and then it can reach about 80m after taking certain measures. The construction load in general is: the uniformly distributed load of 1.8 kN / ㎡, or acting on concentrated load of scaffold board across 2 kN. The  frame scaffolding is made of ordinary steel tube material, which is composed of standard parts. The basic unit consists of a door frame, two pairs of scissors, a horizontal beam frame and four connectors.

A number of basic units are stacked vertically through connectors, buttoned up, and formed into a multi-layered frame. In the horizontal direction, the adjacent units are joined together by reinforcing poles and horizontal girders, and the outer scaffolding is connected with the slope ladder, the rail column and the horizontal bar.
