Scaffold Erecting and Dismantling Procedure
Part 1 The Guideline For Erecting scaffolding
#1 Scaffolding bottom bases should be 50 to 100mm higher than the natural floor.
#2 Single row scaffolding only has one row of poles, and the one end of a short cross is suspended over a wall. Single row scaffold is generally used for internal wall plastering, paint and other projects that do not need to bear. Double-pole scaffolding consists of two rows of vertical and horizontal poles. Double-row scaffolds are generally used in masonry works. Masonry's work needs bearing.
#3 Scaffolding erecting should be in accordance with the construction schedule. The height of one erection shall not exceed the two steps above the adjacent wall.
#4 The longitudinal horizontal bar (understood as a large crossbar) shall be arranged on the inside of the vertical bar and its length shall not be less than 3 spans.
#5 The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal rods shall not be set in the synchronization. The staggering distance between the two adjacent joints in the horizontal direction shall not be less than 500mm, and the distance between the center of each joint and the nearest main node shall not be greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance.
#6 The joints of two adjacent longitudinal horizontal rods shall not be set within the same span. The staggered horizontal distance of two adjacent joints on different spans shall not be less than 500mm, and the distance from the center of each joint to the nearest main node shall not be greater than 1/3 of the longitudinal distance.
#7 The lap length of the longitudinal horizontal bar shall not be less than 1m, and three rotating fasteners shall be set at equal intervals for fixation. The distance between the edge of the end fastener cover plate and the end of the longitudinal horizontal bar shall not be less than 100mm.
#8 A horizontal bar (small crossbar) must be set at the main node, which is fastened with a right Angle fastener and is forbidden to be removed.
#9 The center distance between the two right-angle couplers at the main node shall not be greater than 150mm.
#10 In double row scaffolds, the extension length from the wall end shall not be greater than 0.4 times the center length of the two nodes, and shall not be greater than 500mm.
#11 The maximum spacing of horizontal bars on the operating layer that is not primary nodes shall not be greater than 1/2 of the vertical spacing.
#12 Stamping steel scaffolding plank, wooden scaffolding plank, bamboo string piece scaffolding plank, etc., shall be arranged on three horizontal rods. When the length of the scaffolding plank is less than 2m, two horizontal poles can be used for support, but both ends of the scaffolding plank should be reliably fixed with them to prevent tipping.
#13 In the case of the flat butt joint of the footplate, two horizontal rods must be set at the joint. The extension of the footplate should be 130 ~ 150mm. The sum of the extended lengths of the two foot-plates should not be greater than 300mm. When laying the footplate lap, the joint must be supported on the transverse horizontal bar. The lap length shall not be less than 200mm, and the length of the extended transverse horizontal bar shall not be less than 100mm.
#14 The longitudinal sweeping rod shall be fixed on the vertical rod not more than 200mm away from the base epithelium with right-angle fasteners. The horizontal sweeping rod should be fixed on the vertical pole close to the bottom of the longitudinal sweeping rod with a right Angle fastener.
#15 When the foundation of the vertical sweeping rod is not at the same height, the vertical sweeping rod must be extended two spans to the lower part and fixed with the vertical rod. The height difference should not be more than 1m, and the distance from the axis of the vertical rod above the slope to the slope should not be less than 500mm.
#16 In addition to the top step can be used for lap joint, the rest of the floor and step joints must be connected by butt fasteners. The butt fasteners on the vertical pole should be arranged in a staggered way. The joints of two adjacent vertical poles should not be set in the synchronization. The distance between the two adjacent joints of every other vertical pole should not be less than 500mm in the direction of height. The distance between the center of each joint and the main node should not be more than 1/3 of the step distance. The lap length shall not be less than 1m, and shall be fixed with not less than 2 rotating fasteners. The distance from the edge of the cover plate of the end fastened to the end of the rod shall not be less than 100mm.
#17 The two ends of the open scaffold must be provided with connecting wall parts, the vertical spacing of connecting wall parts should not be greater than the height of the building, and should not be greater than 4m.
#18 Both ends of the open-shaped double-row scaffold shall be provided with transverse diagonal supports.
#19 The height is 24m below the single, double row scaffolding, both sides of the outside, corner and the middle of the elevation not more than 15m, each set up a pair of scissors support, and should be set from the bottom to the top continuous.
#20 Double row scaffolds with a height of 24m and above are provided with continuous scissor supports on the outer facade.
#21 When scaffold has just started to build, because even the walls have not yet set, in order to ensure the stability of the scaffold, should be intervals of a few across (mostly 6 across) set a brace, which is a inclined tube, one end with a rotating fastener connection on the vertical bar, the other end of the brace on the ground, a support role, until a stable after installation, the wall shall be removed depending on the situation.
