The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, together with the People’s Government of Hunan Province, will present Hunan titled “China in the New Era: Innovative Hunan Embraces the World" on Thursday, 12 September 2019, at 16:30. The conference of promoting Hunan will take place in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs South Building. Ministry of Foreign Affairs will hold global promotion activities for provinces and cities.

Connecting the east and the west, the south and north, Hunan makes great progress in Innovation and opening for the rise, as well as great achievements in economic development. After entering the new century, Hunan is endeavoring to promote industrialization, industrial operation of agriculture and urbanization. Economic structure has been fairly well readjusted and a number of enterprise groups have sprung up, pushing the economy to develop more rapidly. Hunan Province has formed a complete industrial system with pillar industries like metallurgy, machinery, electronics, food, energy, and building materials.

The China-Africa Economic and Trade Expo, which will be permanently hosted in Changsha, Hunan since 2019, has created an internation event featuring win-win cooperation between China and Africa. With 53 African countries and more than 10 international organizations and institutes attended, 81 cooperation documents were signed and more than $20 billion of transactions were concluded.

As Hunan now being promoted to the world, numerous opportunities will emerge in most of the areas, contributing to the development of foreign trade in Hunan. This is a chance to introduce Hunan Province to the world and let the world get an insight into Hunan.

Hunan is a rising star with great potential, so as the enterprises in this place. The construction machinery industry is one of the most competitive pillar industries in Changsha---the capital of Hunan Province. There are over 30 large-scale construction machinery manufacturers and more than 200 accessory supply companies, among which Sany, Zoomlion, China Railway Construction Heavy Industry (CRCHI), ADTO, Sunward being typically known by the world. Seventy percent types of construction machinery products can be found in Changsha. Its products have covered over 160 countries and regions, quickly forming a world-class construction machinery industry cluster.

At the end of 2019, from 7th to 11th December, there is a building materials and equipment exhibition that will be held in Changsha, Hunan, organized by ADTO Group.
