• Requirements on the scaffolding structure.

a. Use the single standing tubes and the transverse and longitudinal space of the standing tubes stainless steel rectangular tubing shall be 1.50m. The space between the standing tubes and the wall shall be 300mm. All the adjacent standing tube heads shall be split placed in different lifts. The two adjacent tube heads in different spans or lifts shall be no more than 500mm in space.

b. The standing scaffolding tubes and the transverse tubes shall be fastened by right angle couplers. ( the transverse tube plays an important role in binding up the standing tubes to make them bear more working load.) They can not be set every two spans or omitted.

c. The lift of the transverse tubes shall be 1.5m and the upper and downside transverse tubes shall be split placed within the intermediate space of the standing tubes. The space between the two adjacent standing tubes shall be no more than 1/3 of the longitudinal space. And the horizontal tolerance of the transverse tubes in the same line shall be no more than 5cm.
