A tough choice has been made after a composite and discreet analysis of situations that a center city Theater will be built in southern Netherland.

It is estimated the initial groundbreaking of this project will be in 2017 and it will be completed in 2020.

Regarding to the contractor for this city theater, it will be elected out between UNstudio and Ector Hoogstad, which are two most well known construction contractors there. What a dramatic interlude happened as those two firms both promised to build a theater which is able to be used along with time and a performance hall with multi flexible functions. Both of them will smoothly connect to the main hall at the door and to a public square nearby.

A traditional design is adopted by EHA firm to build an external brick wall integrated with frame scaffolds with a half-transparent roof, which will be in a shape of big latern.
