The bridging brace of the frame scaffold is a most important brace as it reinforces the rigidity of the whole scaffolding system in a transverse and
longitudinal way.
The bridging braces belong to steel galvanized products. For the single line or double line scaffoldings whose height are below 24m, their external
vertical faces shall be set with a line of bridging braces from bottom to the top with a net space no bigger than 15m. For the double line scaffolds with
a height over 24m, the external vertical face shall be set with the bridging braces to the full length and height. And the vertical side of the frame
scaffold must be set bridging braces whose width of the crossing cover shall not exceed 7 standing tubes with a horizontal angle of 45-60. One
internal bridging tube shall be fastened to the standing tubes at the crossing and one external bridging tube shall be fastened to the protruding part
of the small transverse tube. The extension length of the tubes shall be no bigger than 1m and the fastened with more than 3 swivel couplers.
