On April 27^th, ADTO procurement & logistic center signed an agreement with SGS as they reached a consensus on reducing the testing

cost. According to the regulations in the agreement, when the listed items are provided to the appointed personnel for test, there shall

provided a privileged offer of 20% discount for the testing cost. In addition, they also reached an agreement regarding the privacy and

confidentiality. All the information and material sent from ADTO to SGS in any valid forms, including the sample drawings, the samples, the

technical information, the product descriptions, and the test results, if there is no written permission from ADTO group, shall not be

appropriated to SGS itself or disclosed to any third party or used for any public propaganda.

Since the sign of this agreement, testing cost in 2015 will be reduced by 60,000RMB while the total SGS testing cost for last year of 2014

was 300,000RMB.
