ADTO Cuplock Scaffolding System
The Cuplock Scaffolding System is a multi-purpose system which features the connection which allows up to 4 horizontal Scaffolding tubes to be connected to vertical scaffolding tubes in one single clamp action without using of nuts, bolts or wedges.
The Cuplock Scaffolding system is using the upper cup and the bottom cup to fix the Scaffolding tubes with steel blades. The Cuplock scaffolding locking device, formed by two cups, upper cup, and bottom cup, makes the Cuplock scaffolding very fast, easy and versatile scaffolding system.
The Bottom Cup is welded to vertical scaffolding tubes and a movable upper cup is free to move up and down. Cups are made of different materials. Welded Bottom Cups are usually pressed from high-quality steel, while the Upper Cups are made out of softer, forgeable casting steel.
Horizontals or diagonals are usually made of 48,3mm steel tubes with special forged Steel Blades at the ends. The blades are placed into the Bottom Cup and locked in place with the Upper Cup, which is tightened by a hammer blow. This provides the firm grip, making the connection rigid and ready to endure rough building site handling.
