Prepainted galvanized steel coil utilizes galvanzied steel coil or galvalume coated steel coil as the basic substrate material. After given surface pretreatment such as degeasing and chemical treatment,etc. the substrate is then coated with one or multi-layer of liquid paint by suing roller coating method,and finally made into what called prepainted galvanized steel coil after baking and cooling processes.
