Preparation for Frame Scaffolding Erection

The preparation work before the steel pipe frame scaffolding erection mainly includes the following aspects:

1) Preparation of construction organization design, determine the geometric size of scaffolding (row distance, step distance, column distance, wall space and installation height, the construction of components and safety technical measures).

2) Before the frame scaffolding erection, the head of engineering technology should be in accordance with the "Construction Frame Scaffolding Safety Technical Regulations" and construction organization design requirements for the installation and use of personnel for technical disclosure.

3) Check and acceptance of the scaffolding components, unqualified parts shall not be used.

4) Level off, tamp the site and do a good job of drainage.

 

Construction sequence of steel pipe frame scaffolding

1) The construction of the steel pipe frame scaffolding should extend from one end to the other end and be erected step by step from the bottom to up, and change the direction of the erection layer by layer to reduce the erection error.

2) It is not allowed to erect from both ends separately or in the opposite direction, so as to avoid dislocation of joint parts and bad connection.

3) The installation sequence of the steel pipe frame scaffolding is as follows:

 

Laying stow-wood (plate) - stay, put the base - stand up since the end door frame and then pay again support - > loading level frame (or planks) - install oblique ladder - (required, furnish for strengthening horizontal reinforcing bar) to furnish even wall bar, according to the above steps, installation to install long to strengthen the overall stiffness of bracing, installed at the top of the rail.

 

The erection speed of the steel tube frame scaffolding shall be coordinated with the structure construction, and the erection height shall not exceed the top layer even three steps or the free height shall not be greater than 6m, to ensure the stability of the scaffolding.
