#1 Wall-connecting Device Setting

The wall-connecting device is the most important component to ensure the stability of scaffolding. Wall-connecting devices should be set from the first step of the longitudinal horizontal bar, in "one word", "opening" both ends must be strengthened to set wall-connecting devices.

#2 Dense Mesh Type Safety Netting Setting

Safety netting must have the factory inspection certificate and other relevant documents that must be provided, and meet the requirements of the current specifications.

The safety netting must be checked frequently during the use, and there is a track record of use.  The safety netting that does not meet the requirements should be dealt with in a timely manner.

Specifications of Mesh Type Safety Netting

1) The dense mesh safety netting shall meet the requirements.

2) The safety netting must be tight, four corners must be tight, reasonable support, uniform force. Lap joints should be tight and firm, with no gaps.

3) The safety netting shall not be removed or damaged during the construction. It shall be removed only when there is no high-place operation.

#3 The Facade Protection Setting

1) The steel pipe of the scaffold should be horizontal and vertical, the steel pipe of the corner position cannot exceed corner 200mm, small crossbar exposed part should be even.

2) Scaffold standard should be evenly distributed, generally 1500mm, the horizontal bar should be maintained, generally 1800mm, each step of the scaffold should be setting the bar, generally 600mm and 1200mm.

3) The outside of the scaffold is covered with a mesh safety net. When the net body is vertically connected, it shall be connected with mesh. Each mesh shall be fixed with # 16 wire and copper pipe. When the net body is connected horizontally, it shall adopt lap mode, and the lap length shall not be less than 200mm. The corner part of the frame body should be lined with wood to ensure the corner part of the frame body safety net lines beautiful.

4) Outside the scaffold, the surface of the vertical pole shall be painted with yellow paint. Every other group or two groups of scissors supports shall be provided with a 200mm high skirting board, which shall be fixed on the outside of the pole. The skirting board shall be painted with red and white warning paint.

5) A horizontal bar must be installed at the main node, which is fastened with a right Angle fastener and is forbidden to be removed.
